The Role
As our Account Manager for BrandShelter Europe, you will ensure the proactive and effective account management of named existing clients.
Additionally you will be responsible for the effective onboarding as well as management of new clients.
This role will ideally be based in Germany or in the UK. We are working remotely at the moment but will be taking a hybrid approach post-pandemic.
Key outcomes of the role will include:
- Manage and develop named European BrandShelter and/or global accounts as required
- Exceed agreed retention and revenue as well as gross profit targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Tend to the day to day operational needs of assigned clients
- Produce and deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports for the Head of BrandShelter DACH, including accurate and timely CRM updates

Able to communicate fluently in English and German preferably

The Process
Our process will consist of an initial phone screen conversation over video via Google Meet with a member of our People team to make sure your expectations of the role are aligned with the business needs. There will then be the first round which will be a competency-based interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a (task if applicable for the role) and a member of the team

Location
